TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE

 

·         A comic book artist landed his first gig on drawing a full comic

·         He got his research material and it was all over his study

·         He took out a piece of paper to do a draft to get started however he was stuck

·         The deadline was coming up and without the drafts he can’t get the grant he needs to continue the book

·         He took XXX essence of chicken and ginseng and got seated down on his seat.

·         He stared at the blank piece of paper for a while

·         Thinking it’s too noisy outside he closes his windows

·         Then he hears the air-conditioner and switches it off.

·         He got really hot and switched on the air-conditioner

·         He drank the essence again and got started by acting his favorite characters from his favorite shows [for example: CSI, Star Wars and Harry Potter]

·         However, he got no where

·         He was about to drink it the third time when he had the runs.

·         Having weak bowels, he went to the Traditional Chinese medicine store to get charcoal pills

·         As he got desperate, he jaywalked and missed the Ferrari. However he was hit by a scooter

·         He was abled meet the deadline due to the disasters that befall on him and was happily going to submit his work when he saw a long queue out side the office.

·         He thought he had a chance and waited

·         When he got to the reception, he stopped for a while and placed his work onto the counter, smiling.

·         The Receptionist can’t accept as the deadline was long overdue and the queue was for a photography workshop.
